Robert Horsley to head Eaton‘s HR in Africa

Robert Horsley has been named Eaton‘s new head of HR in Africa. In his new role, Horsley will lead, direct, and develop a team of HR managers.

Horsley has also been tasked with a full range of HR functions, including the planning, development and implementation of strategic HR goals and objectives, recruitment and retention strategies, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management of staff across the region.
